1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using SService through mobile or web channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and related policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms or later updates, you must discontinue use of the service and may request account deletion through supported channels.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and verifiable information, especially account identity information such as email and phone number.

You must not create accounts on behalf of another person without authorization or submit false or misleading account information.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, including password and OTP, and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Activities performed through your account are presumed to be authorized by you unless you can demonstrate compromise and timely notification to us.

4. Acceptable and Prohibited Use

You must use the service lawfully and must not violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform security controls.

You must not upload malware, attack payloads, spam, or perform actions intended to degrade, interrupt, or damage the platform.

You must not reverse engineer, circumvent controls, or attempt unauthorized API/system access.

5. User-Provided Content

You represent that any text, image, file, or other content you submit is lawful and that you hold sufficient rights to provide that content.

We may process submitted content as needed to operate the service, investigate security incidents, troubleshoot issues, and satisfy legal obligations.

6. Fees and Third-Party Services

Where paid services apply, applicable pricing and key terms will be presented before you confirm the relevant transaction.

Some service functions may rely on third-party providers such as payment processors, messaging services, or cloud infrastructure, and their terms may also apply.

7. Intellectual Property

Software, trademarks, logos, design systems, and service content are owned by SService or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

No license is granted to copy, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit protected materials without prior written permission.

8. Suspension, Restriction, and Termination

We may suspend or restrict account access temporarily or permanently if we detect policy violations, fraud indicators, security risks, or abusive behavior.

You may discontinue service use at any time by requesting account deletion through in-app or outside-app supported flows.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain secure and reliable service operations, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service in all circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or data arising from use or inability to use the service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Thai law unless mandatory consumer protection or other applicable statutes require otherwise.

Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect service, legal, or security changes.

Updated terms will be published at the same URL with a revised date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
